Reimbursable Meal and Meal Pricing

MEAL PRICING
Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program students, receive one reimburseable breakfast and one reimbursable lunch at no cost.
  • CEP schools include Betz Elementary, Salnave Elementary, Snowdon Elementary, Sunset Elementary, Windsor Elementary, Cheney Middle School, Westwood Middle School and Three Springs High School. 
 
Alternative Learning Experience program students (HomeWorks! and WIN Academy), eating as visitors at a CEP school, receive one reimbursable breakfast and one reimbursable lunch at no cost.
  • Families are encouraged to submit a Benefits Application.
 
Students enrolled at Cheney High School must qualify for Free and Reduced Price Meal Benefits by submitting a Benefits Application. Students who qualify for benfits will receive one reimburseable breakfast and one reimbursable lunch at no cost. 
  • Cheney High School students without a qualifying application on file will pay for meals. 
 
All secondary students have access to purchasing additional entree's for an additional cost. 

REIMBURSABLE MEAL

At breakfast, four (4) items are offered, a reimbursable breakfast consists of three (3) items, one item must be a ½ cup of fruit.

 

At lunch, five (5) components are offered, a reimbursable lunch consists of three components, one component must be ½ cup of fruit or vegetable. The five components are (1) grain, (2) meat/meat alternate, (3) fruit, (4) vegetable and (5) milk.
