Sign up for AP Tests Today

It is time to sign up for the AP test for the 2022-2023 year. Students need to sign up in November and the AP tests are in May.

Logistics for getting signed up for AP Tests:

  • Students have already created an account in their teacher’s AP classroom
  • Test cost for this year is $97.00. If a student qualifies for Free Lunch the test is at a reduced fee or free. Please contact Jenny VanBuskirk, our Bookkeeper for questions on whether your student is free or reduced lunch status.
  • ALL Students sign up and pay for tests through our Bookkeeper, Jenny VanBuskirk.
  • Tests need to be signed up and paid for by Friday, November 4th!!

There are many benefits to students taking AP tests including earning college credit/getting a college class waived; College Admissions give more weight to students who take an AP class AND take the test regardless of score, and increased opportunities for financial aid and scholarships.

"As a former AP teacher, I saw the benefit of students taking AP exams and earning college credit. I HIGHLY recommend students take the exams." - Mrs. Anderson, Assistant Principal and AP Coordinator

The advantages of taking AP classes and exams

Once students are signed up for the exams, Mrs. Anderson will be creating a Google Classroom as a way to communicate updates and information on the exams as well as provide resources and support for students during 2nd semester and as the exam approaches.
