Applying to College

Cheney High School is using Parchment as a simple way to Request and Send Transcripts! Visit parchment.com and follow the instructions/watch the video to have a transcript sent to colleges, NCAA, scholarship organizations, or for your own personal use. There is no charge for using this program.

                   OR follow these easy steps:

 

Step 1: Register For Your Free Account

 

Step 2: New Learner Acccount

  1. Select New Learner Account
  2. Scroll down and complete information. Make sure you put the correct year for Last year attended (Seniors: the year you will graduate)
  3. Click Sign Up
  4. Enter your code (emailed to you)

Step 3: Request Your Transcript

  1. In your account, go to Transcripts
  2. Click Sent Transcripts
  3. Select Destinations such as colleges, NCAA, Common Application, or yourself
  4. Review Destinations
  5. Request is confirmed
  6. Do not order paper copies - you will be charged a fee. Make sure you send it electronically! (If you choose Spokane Community College - you must deselect "paper copy" and choose electronic. Enter SCC's email address: [email protected]

Step 4: Track Your Transcript

  1. Log into your Parchment.com account
  2. In the top navigation bar, click Transcripts
  3. Click Order History to see the status
