Fitness and Health

Our physical education classes help students gain knowledge and understanding of the importance of health and fitness for physical and mental well-being. The curriculum includes a variety of activities that help develop social skills and teamwork through active participation. Individual activities will be taught with an emphasis on nutrition, exercise and lifetime fitness. Fitness and conditioning classes allow for individual interests and differences for development of personal fitness.
